Theresa was very knowledgeable, patient and honest with us. She had a great understanding of the local market, responded quickly to our inquiries and helped guide us through the process.
Theresa took the time to listen, ask questions and get to know us, so that she could better understand what we were looking for in a home. I always felt comfortable and certain that she would support us during this next step in our lives.

I feel like it is important to note that the home we purchased is the one that I “didn’t have the energy to view” one evening with Theresa. Theresa (very respectfully) encouraged that we view the home as it was fresh on the market and checked all of our boxes. Even though I was hesitant I trusted her judgement and we found our dream home!
